Dear and respected Comrades and friends affiliated with the Organizing Committee of the International Festival in Praise of Great Persons of Mount Paektu.

Please do accept my warm greetings from the lap of the great Himalayas where my beloved country-Nepal has nestled up!

First of all, I would like to thank and congratulate the dear Friends of the DPRK in Indonesia for having organized the e-Seminar and the photo-exhibition on the occasion of the 80th Birth anniversary of Leader KIM JONG IL, the shining Star over the sky of Korea, in accordance with the decisions adopted in the consultative meeting of the OCIFGPP on January 7, 2022.

I had pleasantly received the warm invitation to participate virtually in the program by the responsible Comrades of Indonesia. I was eager to attend the program, but as the Alliance Against the MCC Compact (the traitorous compact made irresponsible by the government of Nepal on September, 2017 with the US-led Millennium Challenge Corporation) has organized a protest rally against the Compact this afternoon, today, I must have to attend the protest rally because I am one of the principal organizers. This made me unable to participate in this very important program today.

I would like to apologize for my absence in the program. My dear colleague Mr. Phanindra Raj Pant is authorized to convey my message to you, and if necessary, readout my already sent article for the e-Seminar.
